    Default Next 3 years ranking

    Hi everyone,

Based on my cats G, A, PPP, SOG, FOW, Hits, Blks, Pims, how would you rank these defenders over the next 3 years?

McAvoy, Hanifin, Pulock, Weresnki, Provorov, Hughes, Boqvist, Bouchard

    Cheers

I'll chime in only to say I think Provorov is 1st. Werenski has been overtaken on the PP by Jones, who's just a pure stud. Werenski will still get 40-45 points but I think we may have seen close to the best from him already when he was a rookie. McAvoy has Krug to block him from PP1, and the Bs have a lousy PP2. Provorov, while also stuck on PP2, put up 41 points as a sophomore in that situation and now PP2 will include Konecny plus one of JVR, Simmons, Voracek, and Couturier, so it won't be such a dead zone. Provorov is my pick, but not by much.

If were just talking the next 3 years and accumulative you need to largely ignore the rookies. So I am going with this list.

These guys currently have top 50 defense point potential.
    Provorov
    McAvoy
    Weresnki

Just a step lower then the guys above however both have room to grow. Whether they do or not is the quesitons but probably relatively safe 30-35 point guys.
    Hanifin
    Pulock

All three of the prospect D have similar upsides but these two I feel due to their team and age are closer to making an impact in a 3 year window. Hughes could make a decent impact as early as next year if he starts with the big club. Ultimately too early to tell but they could end up surpassing anyone on this list by the 3rd year but probably won't have much of an impact if any in year 1 and 2.
    Hughes
    Bouchard

    Boqvist
    12 Team Keep 5 (2 F, 1 D, 1 G, 1 Any) G,A,PTS,PPP,SOG,HITS,PIMS,W,GAA and Sv%.

    F: Kucherov, K.Connor, J. Hughes,, J.Guentzel, A.Svechnikov,
    D: Q. Hughes,
