Default What are the projections for Shattenkirk this coming year?

Will he be healed up by the start of training camp? Will he have another good year? He would become my 5th d-man keeper and I would be giving up Yanni Gourde possibly.

I like the trade of Gourde for Shattenkirk assuming it's a points only league. Not sure what your categories are. Shattenkirk is definitely an upgrade on Spurgeon.

I could see him taking on a slightly a little more responsibility on a younger team, but he'll still find his way to at least 40 points (assuming a full season). Haven't heard any reason to think he won't be back to full health.

40 points, probably a pretty bad plus minus

I am cautiously optimistic that the coaching change will benefit not only Shattenkirk, but the point totals of other Rangers as well. Hopefully, the shackles will be off some of their younger offensive minded players.
