who to draft at #38?
2018 draft class I am rebuilding and I feel like I want a player who is a for sure NHLer at some point but also since it is pick #38 I feel like a boom or bust player might be the way... who should I draft (league in sig)

Marchenko has the highest upside, Batherson is the safest option. Depends on what you want but I'd personally take Marchenko.
