Live look in on the 2018-19 season.
Hockey Pools? Too many to mention. Points only, salary cap and dynasty.
Montreal joins Vancouver and Ottawa as bottom-feeders this season. Jack Hughes likely to land in Canada (unless Ottawa wins the lottery of course and he goes to Colorado).
Man... now all I can hope for is Weber to be ready to go for my stretch drive. Apparently the MCL injury was unknown prior to the foot surgery. Probably had to wait till the foot healed enough to operate on this

I wonder if he retires eventually here. I heard on a podcast that he has made the 3rd most money out of any NHL player over the last decade. With all these injuries, he might just shutter down. Even if he doesn't that is a lot of time off to try and get back to an elite level. Horrible, horrible trade.

I feel bad for Weber. The guy is such a beast on the ice and brings so much to the team. Next to Carey Price, he's the most important guy on this team. Montreal didn't look good going into this season and now they look even worse.
Sad part is, they are still sitting with a pile of cap space and Bergevin can't find anyone who wants to sign there to fill their holes and make them better.

it's a good opportunity for him to recover to 100% - a chance here he comes back more beastly than he's been for 2-3 years

And there is still 8 years left on his deal? Yikes. When I seen it come across the ticker I thought I was watching a year in review show or something.

Weber breaking down? Who could have seen this coming
He's already been showing wear and tear in the second half of seasons, dating back to several years ago when he had the Norris wrapped up with about 25 games to go. He didn't win the Norris that year.
