Yes he can "steal" it, but it will never really be his net. He can do what Hutton or Kinkaid did, or even what he himself did for a couple weeks in Boston, but he won't be able to hold it for more than that. That said if Bishop stays healthy it's hard to imagine him losing the net at all.

Bishop will have the job in a strangle hold. His $$ being paid won't allow for him to ride the twine.
Khudo can knock off some stretches of good play, but not sustain it.
Bishop has this all the way.

Khudobin will get a fair amount of starts due to Bishop's proclivity to getting injured.
