I'll try to toss the prediction model numbers up here when I get home from work this evening.
Off the top of my head I'll say 4.5 for Hertl and Pulock, 5 for Hanifin.

My guesses...and guesses they are:
Hertl gets something similar to JT Miller - 5.15 for 5 years.
Pulock will depend on if Tavares likes Pulock or not (haha) I don't think Pulock should get as much as Orlov got - 4.95 for 6 years
Hanifin I have no idea what Calgary will do - bridge deal 2 years at 4.55?
