Which side are you taking

Pavs (2 more yrs) + Justin Faulk (3 more yrs)

or

Larkin (3 more yrs) + Buff (2 more years)

I crunched the numbers and it's pretty darn close. Pavs still produced hurt and I'd expect a bounce back. Same with Buff. Larkin had a career year and I expect improvement. Justin had a decent year and his usage (maybe new team) will play into his production next year. Which side are you taking?

Multicat, format in sig. Lose FO%, Goals, and Special team goals. Gain Dpts, Assists and pims. Everything else is pretty even across the board.

I agree with everyone else. In my pool I have both Larkin and Pavelski and expect Larkin to trend up. He's also similar to Pavelski with putting up hits.

If it were just between those two I might lean Pavelski, but for me Byfuglien >> Faulk and that's where the value is as Byfuglien will fill your categories much more than Faulk even if he bounces back.

Larkin/Byfuglien for me. I think the old guys are roughly equal, and I much prefer Larkin to Faulk.

I pulled the trigger on the deal. It really did break down to potential (Larkin side) vs consistency (Pavs side). Larkins best year was slightly lower cats wise than Pavs down year but the opportunity to upgrade Faulk to Buff was the kicker for me. I'm higher on Faulk than most but his uncertainty of destination and chances of being burried led to my decision as well. Thanks for everybodies input and I'll rep where I can. Cheers
