20 Team Cap Dynasty League looking for replacement gm

Looking for a replacement GM for a dynasty cap league. The league, run using Fantrax, is entering it's fourth year of existence. 50 USD per year for each team. Eight teams make the playoffs with each of those teams getting a minimum of 50USD in prize money.

Each team has 23 roster spots (4C, 8W, 6D, 1G with 4 bench spots) and a 27-man prospect roster.

League uses NHL cap hits and cap ceiling numbers.

H2H categories scoring system (G, A, P, PIM, PPP, SHP, Shots, Hits, Blocks, FOW, Wins, Saves, S%, GAA, Shutouts) with 20 total teams.
