The good news for Hoffman is that he goes somewhere his apparently psycho but hot GF can be distracted by lots of other psycho but hot women around, and he might find one who is less psycho more easily.

Good news for Karlsson and the rest of the Sens is that that bit of drama is gone.

Dadonov and Huberdeau occupied the left wing in their top six last year. Dadonov has played right wing in the past but they seemed to like him more on the left side. Remains to be seen if they move him back to the right now with Hoffman in town. They could also try to create three scoring lines, something like this:
Dadonov-Barkov-Bjugstad
Huberdeau-Trocheck-Malgin
Hoffman-Borgstrom-Tippett

Tippett should be there but if he doesn't impress enough, they could have McCann, Vatrano or Mamin on that 3rd line instead of him.

But obviously they could also stack up their top two lines which would mean Dadonov moves to right wing and either Bjugstad or Malgin moves down to 3rd line. They have lots of options now.

Just a difference between dealing earthquakes and hurricanes, I suppose. Call me old fashioned, but I'll take the lake effect over what the coasts deal with all day. That way I can just go visit those nice places while Hamilton gets pounded with snow.

Wow, what a mess of line combos..

There's been a lot of chatter of placing Hoffman on the 3rd line and off the top PP, but to me, it seems like a waste to acquire a scorer of that talent (if he put it all together, he could hit 65-70 for sure) and put him on a 3rd line and off significant PP duties.

His GF seems like a psycho, but that doesn't mean he can't score. Dude can score.
