Ekblad for Lucic?

With Chiarelli apparently shopping Lucic, I feel like his value is set to drop even lower than it already is. If he moves out of Edmonton (while I don't think it changes anything at all when it comes to his production going forward) there are likely going to be some jumpy GMs who worry about him no longer having the opportunity to play with McDavid... Even though that really didn't help him much last season.

I'd hold Ekblad. With positions not mattering though, I'd be looking to move Ekblad anyhow. He's likely got higher name value than fantasy value, so moving him would likely be able to net you a solid young forward with the same floor as Ekblad, but with higher upside. One way or another though, I think you can do considerably better than Lucic for him.

I think this is really close in your league (points only and no positional requirement). I'm in the camp that doesn't think Lucic gets traded and still has 50-60 upside. I don't think eckblad gets that high. Given the age difference and how close they were last season I can't say not to go eckblad but I do think there's a good chance Lucic out points him for the next few seasons.
