Default What to do in Winnipeg?

I'm headed to Winnipeg for 10 days for a work trip at the beginning of July.

Never been before, any recommendations on things to do?

Winnipeg has more to offer than this!!

    1) Catch a Goldeyes game $22 gets you tickets right behind the up. Decent ball and a good night out. They also have a craft beer corner at their games - https://goldeyes.com/goldeyes-suppor...t-beer-corner/

    2) Go Karts!! I know this is kiddish.. but these Go Karts are legit... they aren't your typical go Karts that you can just put the pedal to the medal and make the turns... these ones you actually have to break to go around the corners cause top speed is pretty great. https://www.speedworld.ca/

    3) Go to the Races! - every been to horse racing? Its some cheap (or expensive if you want to gamble huge amounts) entertainment. https://www.asdowns.com/

    4) Bomber Game - Mostly because the stadium is super nice.

    5) All you can eat, Meat!! This restaurant serves some amazing meat...and its all you can eat... http://www.carnavalrestaurant.ca/

In my opinion, the best part of Winnipeg is >> The Forks!!

The Forks offers restaurants(Old Spaghetti Factory, Muddy Waters, etc.) Walking through all the buildings there is a good time. Antique shop in the basement of the Johnston Terminal(same building as the Spaghetti Factory) is fun too. Then go upstairs to the toy store, it will bring out your youth!! In the main building they put a pub with 100's of beer choices, always a good time.

The Human Rights Museum is at the forks aswell.. Goldeyes play at Shaw Park, close to the forks.. Laid back atmosphere and you can get Angry Fish beer and mini donurs, boom!!

Bomber game would be fun because of the beautiful stadium!!

Depending on where you are staying I could recommend a few more things..

I have never been to Winnipeg but I've seen enough fishing shows to know that they have great Catfish and Walleye/Pickeral fishing. That's one thing I would do if I had the chance to. Have fun.

Forks, Human Rights Museum, Bombers.... or in order: Human Rights Museum, Forks (beers), Bombers Game (beers) and then forks (beers).

That's a pretty good Winnipeg trip when there's no hockey on.
