H2H; keep 13 (skaters over 120 and goalies over 80), 20 prospects, $70 pool cost.
The team you'll be getting has some nice young pieces but is kind of crummy, so I am willing to negotiate draft picks for the first 2 seasons no matter where you fall. But a good and active GM can fix this team in a season or two.
