Even without knowing the two drops, losing Pastrnak leaves you paper-thin at RW. For this reason alone, I'd say no.

I like Pastrnak more than whomever you'd draft with #3, but there's a chance you could flip the #3 pick for something close to him, but you do need RW help. If you were dealing a LW and getting less back, I'd like it more.
