How would you rank the following D? Can only keep players for three years ( know Trouba is last on this list but I think he is underrated if Buff weren't in front of him in Jets pecking order)

As of now my opinion would be this order..

I put Trouba in front of Buff because Trouba still hasn't hit his full potential, plus for the reason that you mentioned.. big Buff is in his way. If Trouba were on any other team he'd be a top 2 defensemen.
