I think the isles are probably atop the list of teams that have the potential interest & assets(4 picks in top 50'ish) .

the caps would have to make note of the assorted available stop gaps that Lou could sign instead of coughing up whatever combination of pick(s) he's comfortable in offering .

maybe theres a division rival premium to be paid , who knows . but if you have a guy like Holtby and Samsonov in the pipeline are you really that worried if Grubauer has a bit of success in NY ?

Rumor articles amuse me these days. When someone credible can actually say calls were made then it's all good. But other times (this article included) he basically takes the teams with an obvious need in goal and claims "Sources say they're interested"? Thanks, I had no idea!
