I know this would be much more helpful with a list of available prospects but I wanted to look at this in a vacuum.
Of these listed prospects, which would you keep for the longterm vs which do you think won't likely have an impact on a fantasy roster?

12 team points H2H dynasty/cap league with a heavy focus on G/A (70% of scoring, with hit/blk combining for about 15% of scoring).
Unlimited prospect roster but can swap out prospects who are under 125 games so there's a lot of value in churning prospects and maintaining the prospect roster spot.

Prospects: (only listing the ones that aren't a lock like Vilardi, W. Nylander etc.)
    Quenneville
    Tyler Benson
    Brett Howden
    Boris Katchouk
    Andreas Borgman
    Travis Dermott
    Nic Hague
    Noah Juulsen
    Logan Stanley
    Vaakanainen

    Thanks.

Hague is the only one I really like for points from that list.

Katchouk, Howden, Dermott and Juulsen are also decent offensively.

Others I'd be willing to swap in a 12 team league.

I agree with this, I like Howden a bit more than Katchouk & Dermott over Juulsen as far as potential ceilings
