Picks 16-31

We hear a lot of the prospects going in the top 5, top 10, top half (1-15) but not a lot of the prospects that go 16-31. What are everybody's thoughts and predictions on how the draft will turn out from picks 16-31?

To me it depends on scoring in your league. If there's a bonus to defencemen then your second and third tier of dmen should stay close to where they were actually drafted. If there isn't you could see good dmen prospects slide.
