I currently have 4th 17th and 18th. At this point, not too familiar with the depth of the draft but have a fairly stacked prospect stable.

Would you move 17 and 18 to get another pick in the top 7 and grab one of Boq or Hughes? Some 2017 prospects are also available (Thomas and Frost are the two that stand out).

I'd probably do this. Maybe even see if you can get a pick thrown in for next year if you can trade future picks

You would do well to trade both of those for Thomas in the top 10. I would put Thomas in a tier with Tkakuk, Wahlstrom, and Kotkaniemi.

if you already have a stacked prospect group I would defintiely try moving 17 and 18 to get up into the top 7!

I'd rather the 7th pick then two picks in the late teens.

Packaging those two picks to move up sounds fantastic, quality over quantity, especially if you've already got quantity anyhow. Good year to do it as well, with how solid the top 8-10 picks seem this summer. Even more so with the extras you mentioned added in.
