Draft in progress question
I was wondering what everyones thoughts was on taking prior draftees over the 18' class. Currently 36 players have come off the board. Where would you put players like foegele, batherson, and zykov vs the 37-100 18' draft eligibles?

I can understand Donato in the top 20 but Niku went way too early. Batherson somewhere around #20 to #30 seems reasonable. Zykov slightly behind him and then Foegele some ways behind those two.Originally Posted by Bstbullies

When you say Foegele, I assume you are talking about Warren Foegele, the Carolina prospect? If that's so, surprised a 22 year old is in the discussion with other kids who are just drafted last year. Foegele was drafted back in 2014 and just had a rock solid rookie year in the AHL (28G in 73games) and is one of Carolina's top prospects.

I am talking about Warren and I was kind of surprised people aren't as high on him. He's been great in the A and in his brief show stint. All players with under 40 games are eligible and there's a few that have slipped through the cracks. It's a 16 team league with 25 minors not my signature league.

I would probably draft Batherson before Foegele, but Foegele is definitely one I'd keep an eye on in your draft. He's an under-the-radar type of prospect who could turn into a decent NHL player. I like him more then Zykov.
