I worked at a mcds as a kid and you get some bad stuff from people who've clearly had a bad day and take it out on you because they see you as lower in the social totem pole (especially if you're young). People insult you because you work there, "Oh think you're a big man saying no to me?! I make $100,000/yr, what are you doing with your life", or straight up throw their food at you (had a few times). But to be so angry to get napkins before and threaten to do it, have time inbetween the threat while holding napkins and doing it. Then doing it, then throwing it, whipping yourself, then throwing the used napkins...that's a new kind of angry.

If she's not under the influence, or mental not there, she's under a ton of stress and snapped.

I used to have to boot junkies out of the washrooms at the bar I worked at. Never a fun experience, so I would venture to guess this woman had been caught in the act in that washroom before.

On another note though, maybe it's recency bias, but I feel like Langley BC is becoming Canada's version of Jacksonville, Florida. Just a focal point for crazy.

If you know Langley at all, this Tim Hortons is located in the worst part of town. This woman is a known crack head to police (even though she doesn't look like it in the video, she is). I still think they'll throw the book at her, as they should.
