I vote for the additions of both while dropping Sprong!

Long-term, I like both over Sprong but Sprong is much closer to the NHL and therefore I'd keep him.

I like Frost over Heponiemi. I think Heponiemi needs a few more years to add some muscle. He looks like a 15-year-old right now.
