Memorial Cup 2018

Making my 3rd pilgrimage to the Memorial Cup, in Regina Saskatchewan this year. After a brutal year of work in camp, really missed my hockey news. Have to catch up quickly to enjoy the kids.

Kudos to the organization in Regina, looks like they want to put on a good show! The Eagles are playing, following the opening ceremonies on Thursday. I catch the first 4 games, that way I see each team play twice. Cannot afford more hangovers. lol

Swift Current has some good weight. Hepo is the one I want to watch.

You're forgetting Robert Thomas on Hamilton. Drafted 20th overall. Another Bulldog to keep an eye on is 16 year-old American Arthur Kaliyev, eligible for the 2019 draft.

I love how Hamilton's bid for the Memorial Cup lost out to Regina so the Bulldogs have to bring it on home the hard way. Gotta get through the Soo first.

Interesting goalie story, Armada's Samson goes 30 games before 1st regulation loss, while the team gets blanked for the first time in 2018 playoff run.
