Homecourt influences refs way to much in the NBA. Should help the cavs in games 3/4

I've never understood why home court affects the outcome of games as much as it does in the NBA.

Cause refs can't take the booing.

Also in a sport that runs so much off of set plays, not being able to here your team/coach yell out plays when you have 24s (more like 18s once your up to half court starting the play) to execute that play is difficult.

And in a sport that's just so much about confidence (everyone can hit a 3 in the league, EVERYONE. Even Whiteside who's not a shooter can hit a 3 at practice), you miss once the home crowd can get against you and make you feel down. Basketball players are so much about confidence and get influenced by it way more than any other sport.

    That's just my theory.

Now that finals underway it's easier to be excited to watch the Warriors vs Cavs re match, even if it will be a short series.

Are there free legal streams like the ones for NHL? I don't have TSN.

I don't think so. The series is promoted by YouTubeTV whatever that is.

I ended up getting the game on ABC or some American channel. Was a fun game to watch. Surprised how little Curry did in the game though.

Question for the basketball buffs ... when was Lebron James at his peak? I see him in the highlights since like 2003 and I still see he's dominating at 32 or 33 years old but when was he at his peak?

For the past 13 seasons & Still is. Might not be as dynamic today, but he's a complete player, whereas before he had weaknesses his strengths would cover up (Until he met the Spurs in the finals)

Based on the current playoffs I'd say it was this season.

Father time will get him eventually... but his longevity has been incredible considering how much he plays (7 straight finals).

His selfishness was his biggest drawback and inability to trust teammates. Now he is an elite passer where even if he can't trust his teammates he gives them massively open shots.

He still can't shoot the 3 like Durant, Harden, Curry, or some others. If he could oh lord. But it's not like he can't shoot a 3, he's just not an elite 3 man.
