Maybe I'm just naive here, but what is an affiliate platform?

An Affiliate Program is when you say for example Fanduel... When you refer people to Fanduel you get a commission for referring them. That is an Affiliate Program

not that I know of, other than, if you refer me to your hockey pool, I will take your money

I am pretty sure The Athletic gives you something if you get someone to subscribe to them. But I think you have to be a member first and post their stuff to facebook or where ever. I think it pays 10 bucks...but I have not read the ad very closely. Maybe it's 10 bucks towards something.
