Offensively I guess? I'd say:
Deangelo
Honda
Chychrun

1. Chychrun
2. Sanheim
3. DeAngelo
4. Ceci / Honka
Chrychrun reminds me of Carlson. The situation in ARI is muddy. But he's still my ace here.
I'm a Flyers fan, first and foremost, but I won't be biased here. Sanheim has a ton of talent but he's behind Ghost and ProvoCop, let alone Myers who is the Flyers only legit RHD long-term.
DeAngelo has all the talent in the world but he's a loose cannon. Unfortunately, this isn't 1987 and the NHL doesn't embrace loose cannons these days. 2018-19 is do or die for Tony.
Ceci. Hmm, EK65 is the king. Chabot came in and claimed his turf. Ceci might be the next EJ, without the fanfare.
Honka. Admittedly, I loved this cat at one point. The jury is still out, but the clock is ticking. The NHL has become a "what can you do for me right now" league, so I've cautiously grown weary about prospects that haven't established themselves by age 22 and given you a glimpse of their future impact. Klingberg. Lindell. Heiskanen in the weeds. Pass.
Interesting, other opinions?

Ranking them in terms of pure upside:
Deangelo
Chychrun
Sanheim
Honka
Ceci
However, that is not how I would value them if I am thinking about their chances of achieving their potential. Here is that order:
Chychrun
Sanheim
Ceci
Honka
Deangelo
Honka really just hasnt looked good IMO. I think he has bust written all over him. Every time I think Deangelo is going to take off, he flounders. Personally, I much prefer Brady Skjei long term on the Rangers.
Chychrun
Sanheim
Deangelo
Honka

I'm not a DeAngelo fan. I see him as Joe Morrow or Derick Poulliot rehashed. For me, I'd probably put Chychrun at the top of the list. Ceci is intriguing though, as an RFA after next season who'll get PAID and thus will likely see better usage, particularly if Karlsson is gone.

Completely agree on DeAngelo. I get a Matt Carle vibe. Ceci I think has always had some offensive upside. But if Karlsson does leave I’d expect Chabot to take his place, maybe as soon as this next season. By take his place, I mean as the Sens top D man and PP key, doubt he will produce on Karlsson level. But could still see him as an eventual 50 to 60 point Dman.
