Avs have the best chance to upset the Preds. They're a faster team with nothing to lose and are very hungry. MacKinnon is simply incredible as well. Next year I'm putting Mack truck ahead of Kuch in forward rankings. Kid is improving and had a chance at the Art Ross if he didn't get hurt. The kid is something else.

I've got a newfound respect for Mackinnon. I wasn't a believer for a long time (I thought he was mostly flash, and didn't have the vision to take it to elite level), but he's proven me wrong in a big way. I hope the Avs take a giant bite out of Nashville this series, but more than likely it goes 5 games. Should be a fun game tonight.
Anyone think Subban deserved a suspension for the punch/elbow to Mack's head?

He finished 5th in scoring with 97 points and missed 8 games... He's still a finalist for the Hart and would get my vote to win it. I think when people thought he would break out it would be in the 80pt range, not landing him in this stratosphereOriginally Posted by StuntMan12

It was always there with Mackinnon. Always believed. He won't look back. And I I think stuntman is right, if anyone can upset Nashville in the west why not the avs?

Earlier in the game Arvidsson came ohhhhh so close to corralling the puck up on his stick and tucking it over the shoulder of Bernier. Don't see that tried very often.
