Prospect Goalie Impact Next Year
Hey everyone!
What goalies do you expect to make an immediate impact next year in the NHL?
Looking at Dobber's top 50, but I can only pick out a few names: Jarry, Saros, Demko, Subban...
Am I missing anyone? I'm leaning to snag Demko before the season ends, but I'm not too sure.

I guess it depends on your definition of "immediate impact". Guys like Saros and Subban are both full time backups now. Jarry is about as close to a full time backup due to Murray's inability to stay healthy and Demko is still an AHL goalie right now and most likely will be next year as well. Both Markstrom and Nilsson are still signed until the end of next season.
If we are talking about next year, I'd rank them:
Saros
Subban
Jarry
Demko
That ranking is mostly based on expected fantasy results for next year only.

Ville Husso is maybe the best goaltending prospect in the AHL this year. There's a chance he could see the backup job in St. Louis as soon as next year, and moving forward I think he's the guy for the Blues.

Thanks for your input guys! I went with Husso. I would have taken a flyer on Saros, but someone beat me to it... Lets hope Allen has another awful season.
