It’s great that you’re thinking ahead about introducing your daughter to Harry Potter! My suggestion would be to wait a couple more years. At 4, she might enjoy the magical elements, but some of the darker themes might be too much. Starting around age 7 or 8 could be a better time, especially if you want to share that experience with her and dive into the series together. It’s a special bonding opportunity that you wouldn’t want to rush. Waiting will make it all the more meaningful!
