Big no on that, especially in a keeper. FFS they are still 22, 23 yrs old.
You're already solid in net, it would make no sense to trade probably the hottest duo in the league for Helly and the Expendables.
edit: I'd also try to find a way to keep Werenski. If it came down to it I would probably take him over Pietrangelo.

It isn't a horrible offer but you don't need any goaltending help and Neal is a throw away piece. You shouldn't make this trade.
