    Default Trading Subban

I have one confirmed offer for Subban and another possible (although he can be difficult to trade with)

    Trade 1: (confirmed)
    Subban for
    Mittelstadt + Ekblad

    Trade 2:
    Subban for
    Elias Pettersson + R. Pulock

Do either of these seem like fair offers or should I be looking for more?

I think Subban is better than either of those packages. What's the rush to trade him for a prospect? I mean, he's not old. And looks like he's your best defenseman.

If you are trading him you should be able to get way better value for him.

    I was offered

    Byfuglien and Pavelski

    for Subban and Kase....

So I think you can get a better offer.

I'm trying to get younger and Subban turning 29 next year is starting to get a little bit up there. But it might be better to hold onto him until next year and trade him during the season.

If you're getting younger, you should at least get someone who has upside to become better than him. The point should never be just to get younger and hope the player you acquire becomes almost as good in 3-4 years. You're just always rebuilding if you do it like that. Besides, 29 is not old for a defenseman. How old is Burns? Subban is in his prime right now, you might as well enjoy the ride.

Fantasy managers often over-value youth. Sometimes we overlook that this is fantasy and not real life. We don't need to be acquiring 19 years olds for 29 year olds. Subban is in his prime on a Cup contending team with fantastic D partners. Don't trade him, especially for an underwhelming package like the ones you posted above.

I'm all about the youth but this 100%. Forwards start to tail off around 27/8/9 but D last well into around 33ish

Thanks everyone for their input, I'll hold onto him and look to trading him in a couple of years unless I get an offer I cant refuse.

What is your guys opinion on Morgan Rielly? I tried to get him and Zibanajad for Subban and may add a smaller piece but the other guy things Rielly = Subban (I personally dont agree with that).

Simply put, Reilly does not stack up to Subban in any format IMO. It's closer in a points only but the gap widens significantly in a multi cat. Cap is not an issue so.....Not sure why you want to move Subban but you need to get more return for him than what you seem to be getting offered.
