The Guice pick by the redskins could be a solid pick, or make them a laughing stock (even more).

Any QB getting a new contract is going to seem overpaid. Jimmy G set the new bar, and Cousins/Keenum set the guarantee bar

I know, and as an Eagles fan, I'm torn. I can't imagine what Wentz' next contract is going to be.

It's funny because its the offensive coordinator that makes the QB now. QBs are all so good now that if they get the protection and the OC, any QB can look good.

Just look at it last yr how many, what seemed to be, sub-par QBs did well:
Keenum, Prescott, Bortles, Dalton (like 2 yrs ago when he had protection), McCown, Bradford, Foles.

Obviously you can't just coach Rodgers to be Rodgers, or Brees, or those elite guys, but a below avg QB can be elevated to avg/good by the OC and Offensive Line.

There is probable some joke here about how Peyton Manning owned the Panthers in the Superbowl so now he wants an actual piece of ownership... but I am not going to make it because I am a Panthers fan!
