Re: Talbot vs Mrazek
I am going to play the contrarian here for a second and say Talbot.
First off, there's no arguing that Philly has more to play for, but the Oilers are actually playing for a bit of pride themselves. They clearly haven't given up and if anything, they may be playing better now then they were a few weeks ago. As strange as it is, since demoting and dealing away Letestu, their PK over the last 11 games is a clean 93% and their PP is finally turning it on as well.
You can also bet, as long as Talbot is healthy, he's getting the nod over Montoya. The Oilers aren't going to give up the better pick to the Habs if Montoya plays 30 more minutes this season. Montoya has already played in six games and only needs to play 30 minutes in seven games for the Oilers conditional pick to go from a 5th to a 4th this June.
One thing is for sure, neither team has a soft week coming up.
