AKUMAL, MEXICO - Must Do's/See's?

I'm heading to Akumal, Mexico (just south of Playa del Carmen on this week with my wife & daughter. Wondering if anyone's been and if so, if there are any absolute must hit - restaurants/locations/etc.

Yal-Ku lagoon is super cool.

Go snorkeling in the bay first thing in the morning, like pre-breakfast. You will see turtles and there won't be many others in the water yet (it gets crazy around noon and you feel ba dfor the animals getting crowded).

Kantun-Chi if you dig cenotes. If you're not claustrophobic their grutaventura is remarkable.

The turtles swam right up to us. Very cool experience.

The Talum ruins are nearby, and while you can't climb them or anything, it is a pretty unique feeling standing in an area where a thriving community existed hundreds of years ago.
