Says he spoke directly to Tolvanen.
Let the hype train take it up a gear!

There's no chance his team even makes the finals. Just imagine a Finnish team winning the KHL Title. I can't help but think, all stacked teams aside, there would be some collusion by a Russian oligarch somewhere along the way to prevent that from ever happening

Seems like Jokerit will then be eliminated (with or sans collusion) sometime in March, if all goes to plan?

The bigger reason they won't make it to the finals is that they play in the same conference with SKA and CSKA, two powerhouses who are by far the favorites to win the championship. They'll most likely meet CSKA in the 2nd round and if they get lucky enough to get past them, they meet SKA in the 3rd round and it's all over then.
The question is what is the highest ranked player you would drop him for? I have some vets like Zetterburg and Koivou (FOW league). Schmaltz, NPatrick

If Tolvanen can bring what he's done in the KHL to the NHL, this is going to be a pretty lethal top six for years in Nashville:
Forsberg - Johansen - Arvidsson
Fiala - Turris - Tolvanen
10 Team, Points Only, Cash League
25 Man Roster (no position), top 20 point getters count at end of month
Keep 20/25 at seasons end, Cut 5 to FA for redrafting

Stamkos, Tavares, Eichel, Mercer, JRobertson, RThomas, Kucherov, Nugent-Hopkins, Tuch, KConnor, Necas, Point, Konecny, SJarvis, Cozenz, Morrissey, Bouchard, Josi, Novak, Tolvanen, Peterka, Brink

"Cleavage is like the sun. You can look, but dont stare.. Unless you're wearing sunglasses."
Yup but I hope they split the wingers so that both lines have one left-handed shot and one right-handed shot. It might be:
Forsberg-Johansen-Fiala
Tolvanen-Turris-Arvidsson
To get proper balance between the two lines - I think Tolvanen will be better than Fiala but it might be better for the team to have Forsberg and Tolvanen on separate lines - depending on chemistry of course.
Tolvanen's left-handed shot gives him an advantage for the power play as well. I don't remember how their power play is constructed right now but it's easy to see them adding Tolvanen on the right side for one-timers because they don't really have any other left-handed shot forwards who can properly play that role.
My dreams have come true, get him warmed up for next year.

I don't even expect Tolvanen to crack the Preds playoff lineup so I definitely don't think he will have any "impact" come NHL playoff time.
