Your D isn't great and your center could use some help as well. I would be focusing on improving your weaknesses if you are going to trade EK.

Don't allow the news of him being traded negatively skew Karlsson's value. You should get full monty in return or no deal. The player/pick equivalent of three firsts, I would assume.

Do not sell low. His shooting percentage this year is unnaturally low. That will adjust. But more than anything, if he gets traded, it's to a good team. He's been a minus player most of his career, cause the team has been bad. But on a contender, he should be a solid plus player ( presumably ) thus increasing his value.

The sens have been bad this season mainly because he has been bad . He has earned the plus minus. He neeess to return to full health or else he will not be as good defensively as he was lase t year
