Schenn and Drouin for Tolvanen and Rantanen
Hi all, in our points only keeper league (details in signature), our trade deadline is the same as the one in the NHL. I am in rebuild mode (started 2 years ago), currently sitting 7th out of 12 and my goal is to compete in 2-3 years. I was offered Drouin and Schenn for my Tolvanen and Rantanen. I'm torn on this one, what do the experts here think about this offer ? Thanks in advance.

As an owner myself I can only speak to Rantanen, but I believe he's a real deal, point per game stud. What he's doing right now as a sophomore is scratching the surface of his potential. Thats the kind of budding talent you can really build around and, personally, I don't make that trade. Especially not with Drouin coming back who has been a disappointment on a Habs team that is quickly going down the tubes.
