Fischer or Tuch

Even though Tuch is the unanimous choice (so far) it's not a huge gap between the two. Would Fischer have any trade value in your league? Even if he gets a mediocre return at least it's something...

And I think i prefer Fischer.

It seems like everyone on Vegas is achieving at a high rate and I don't think that continues into next year.

Vegas is scoring 3.42 goals per game (192/56)

Arizona is scoring 2.40 goals per game (137/57)

I think that Arizona will improve on there number next year where as Vegas will decrease.

Now if we look at the players:

Tuch has 25 points in 52 games. 25 points on 192 of Vegas' goals - He is getting a point on 13% of Vegas Goals.

Fischer has 27 points in 54 games. 27 points on 137 of Arizona's goals - He is getting a point on 19% of Arizona's goals.

If Arizona improves there goal totals and Vegas decreases (as I expect) then I think we will see a gap to the advantage of Fischer.

Every now and then Penguin comes up with something good He nails this.

And while the numbers are fairly close this year I believe Fischer has a little bit more grit to his game than Tuch. With PIM and Hits in your scoring cats, that's something to consider.
