tough call , especially if your an isles fan (judging by your avatar)
in a format that awards assists/goals equally you have to strongly consider barzals abillity to pad his totals with assists verses tarasenkos ability to be a lock for his 35-35-70 .
barzal is looking like he'll flirt with or surpass having a 20g-60a-80 pts rookie season .

The only thing I would add, is if JT does not re-sign, Barzal will be the focal point of every teams shutdown guys. 2nd year is a big adjustment year...trying to learn to be more defensively sound, etc.
