Tarasenko for me without question. No doubt Barzal is having a heck of a season, but he needs to show me a lot more of this (more than one season) before I'd take him over Tarasenko.

As much as I like Barzal, I'd go with Tarasenko here. More proven at this point. Barzal can surpass him but so far it's been a small sample size.
