I can see losing wearing on these kids especially when there isn't much proven veteran leadership.. Brad Richardson isn't enough for these kids.. Shane Doan anyone?? Even Jagr would have been a solid addition..

Another kid with high upside who was rushed to the NHL, only to disappoint.
Lots of time for him to turn it around but his value is diminished.
