If you don't own Quick already, I wouldn't go out of my way to snatch up Keumper unless you have absolutely nothing on the wire in a very deep league (in which case he's probably gone by now anyways).

Quick is and will be the guy in LA unless he goes down long-term due to injury (which he is prone to do practically every year).

Got b2b coming up with Florida tomorrow and Tampa on Saturday. It will be interesting to see if they give Quick the "gimme" with Florida to shake the rust off or ride Kuemper for the start against Florida and save Quick for Tampa.

It's tough to forecast. I would imagine that Quick, an elite level goalie, would want the start against Tampa. However, I could also see LA easing him back in against Florida and throwing Kuemper to the wolves.

Very interesting move by LA to give Quick FLA and trust Kuemper with TB. Let's see how he handles it tonight.

Likely TB just did not want to throw Quick straight back into the wolves den after only playing 1 of last 5 games. Quick played great last night and will regain some of his confidence going forward. Good call by TB in my opinion. Quick is their defacto #1 and easing him in was the right move to help him get his game back on track.
