Not much for solid options so any of them are viable options. God knows even the best goalies can crap it on any given night and any goalie can pull off an upset on any given night too. Picking goalies is a crapshoot at best.
My best guess is to go with Lehtonen vs Arizona. I am not a big fan of Lehtonen's but Arizona isn't a strong team either.

My first pick is Ward vs Montreal
But based on your categories I'm taking Lehtonen because I feel like Dallas is going to give up alot of sog and you want your goalie to get peppered and win.
