With your team, I assume you're winning a fair amount of offensive categories, so locking up Ws and Svs could put you over the top. I would roll Talbot over Jones because Talbot will get more starts to close out the season.
That being said, in a vacuum I prefer Jones, so I think you can get a little more out of the deal. Maybe moving Jones and Klefbom for Talbot and a D upgrade would serve you well.
