What to do with Allen & Talbot
Hello all!
For 1st league in signature. When the season started, I was confident I had one of the best goalies duo... oh well...
I'm thinking trading one of them, and then get Elliot through FA. Who do you prefer between Talbot and Allen? Should I wait until trade deadline? do you think they'll find their groove again?

Elliot should definitely be owned in a 12 team league. That is pretty much the only thing I can say with certainty. So very frustrating. I think Allen has a better chance at turning it around given that he's on the much better team and they're getting Schwartz back.
I drafted Talbot, Dubnyk and Vas this year.....thinking I'll deal one for someone really elite at some point. Hard to do when 1 has sucked and another has been mediocre at best.

I'd actually keep Talbot. Allen is stuck behind a super hot goaltender with no signs of slowing down, at least you may get starts with Talbot. I thought for sure Allen would get a start after Hutton got pulled against Arizona, but they started him again yesterday and he got the shutout. Looks like Hutton is the starter now until he really falls off.

I would add Elliott and drop your worst skater. Hold Allen and Talbot for now; you won't get full value.

I'd hold and wait until later in the year when you can evaluate the Blues crease better. If Talbot gets hot, though I'd be willing to deal him - I think you can get good value as he was expected by many to be awesome this year, and there will be hope.
