How would you rate the scoring potential of the four?
I need to drop/trade someone to pick up a replacement for Hedman.
2nd place overall, need scoring.

For me it's:

Kyle Connor
Jake Guentzel
Heinen
Buchnevich


I'd want to hang onto Connor and Guentzel and would be open to trading/moving Buchnevich.

Heinen is intriguing because he's been hot lately and has been steady all year.

For ROS?

Buch has huge talent but Coach V not giving him much ice...

Heinen and Connor seem to be cruising while Guentzel is lagging. I'd probably choose Buch as the drop for you, much as I like him.

Buchnevich is simply not consistent enough for coaches liking, so he was a healthy scratch after a rather terrible effort. Kovalev 2 perhaps ? Then again with Alex Kovalev's career numbers, Buchnevich would almost certainly take those right ? Then again NY doesn't really have a lot of shooters after this season is in the can.

for me also.

Buch has a high upside. Actually, he probably has the next highest ceiling behind Connor but he has a lot of holes in his game too. And I am not completely sure about his ambition, effort, toughness or drive.

Although, I can certainly see why people have Buchnevich last on the list, I think he has another gear. He just has to find it.
