Id take Dubnyk as I too think Vegas will eventually stop playing so well, and Minnesota does have the better team in general.
I have Helly and Murray in a shallow league (8 teams). Murray is 3rd last amongst all 16 taken goalies on average season stats, and I am dragging in the 3 goalie categories over the season.
Dubnyk and Fleury are available as free agents (there is no point in attempting to trade Murray).
Arguments in favour of keeping Murray: the Pens will eventually turn it around and go on a massive tear. Fleury and Vegas will cool off and run .500 hockey the rest of the way (they are too well coached and motivated to fall further, IMO). The Dub can run mighty cold, and Minnesota needs everyone healthy to stay competitive.
Arguments in favour of dumping Murray: the Pens are gassed, and the defence too suspect to tighten the hatches enough to push Murray much higher. Plus, most nights he just looks very ordinary. Fleury, on the other hand, is absolutely on fire right now, and Vegas looks invincible at home. Minnesota is close to 100% healthy and find ways to stay competitive.
Do I dump Murray?
If so, who do I pick up?

I'd dump Murray for Dubnyk. And with such a shallow league I also wouldn't mind streaming and riding the hot hand.
Welcome to the forums!
If both Fleury and Dubnyk are available, that means you have the chance to stream the hot ones. I am dropping Murray and grabbing Fleury.

Good point. If those 2 (or others) are floating around on the waiver wire, I should just target the one with the easiest schedule and the hottest hand.
Last night was another confirmation of just how dismal Murray has been, and the Pens in general. Hard to believe that team is in the rut they are in. Fleury and Dubnyk both posted quality starts, especially Fleury.
I might take Dubnyk in the short-run, as VGK is heading into their bye week, and then face a EDM, NSH, and TB the week after.
