He's down on the 4th line but at least he's playing. I expected a better tourney for him.

Well, to be fair, those 5 stayed the top 5! It's going to go down the the wire with a 3 way time going into the finals, with 2 teams within 3 points.

In other news, my yearly goal of not being last amongst the UHL crew is not looking good...

At least I could say I finished in the top 31 of the WORLD. How disappointing. I should research more about prospects.

I believe Kale Clague has 2 points from the assist he had in the semifinal on the first goal.

Cool Re: 2018 World Junior Championship Pool

Wow..last place! My lack of Canadians totally didn't help my cause and I chose wrong for one of the goaltenders! Congrats to the winner (I'm not sure who at this point lol) and to Nights for organizing once again!

Being last made me curious how I fared historically in this pool and I wasn't the worst all-time but pretty close!

Congratulations to markyj for winning the 2018 edition of the World Junior Championship!!

Thanks for everyone who participated in the annual DobberHockey forum tradition. I'll be around next year, and hopefully with a bit of an earlier drop time for the entry form. Thanks again to reeveta who started this entire thing and helped set-up the pool for the past 10 years!

I did a final double-check of everything and noticed I missed a few points so I also corrected those. markyj was winning before the corrections, regardless.

Here are the final confirmed standings (unless someone notices I typo'd somewhere - note that the IIHF doesn't track OT losses, or count a shootout win as a win for the goaltender, so I have to track those as I go).
