I mean, yeah it could be something along those lines, but it wouldn't be Trump's idea. It would be Putin with massive dirt on him basically telling him what to do or he tells all. I have never seen anything that shows Trump is even remotely intelligent enough to think that deeply.

It's probably more likely that he just thinks he's a big mean businessman who wins everything and is going to push his way around the room to get what he wants.

Sounds about right. I'm pretty sure Bush did something like this with oil just before he left office adding millions to their portfolios.

There's a documentary called "Iraq for Sale" -- he did this while in office, especially Cheney. It's a worthwhile documentary on the privatization of war. It's where Halliburton, Blackwater, KBR all became household names.

Did you see that HNIC clip where they were talking about the McSorley curve and Leeman said in the interview (with a huge smirk) that there "MAY have been access" (for someone from the Canadiens to the Kings' players' sticks).

Actually, Guy Carbonneau knew that both McSorley and Robitaille were using illegal curves. Robitaille changed his in the 3rd period and Carbonneau (no wonder why he was a head coach) noticed McSorley hadn't... and he mentioned it to coach Demers. With 10 minutes left in regulation, Demers told all of the Canadiens, "if any of you are using illegal curves, switch now, because I'm checking on McSorley at the right time."

This thread is very interesting!! I think of these conspiracy theories all the time.. It's so sad to think that most of these are probably true.. It's so weird how things get swept under the rug and you hardly ever hear about them again. Was the Vegas shooter alone?? That is a ton of amo to fire off for just one person..
