Time to bail on Vatanen?
I'm in 1st place in my dynasty league, H2H points, daily lineups. G, A, STP, +/-, SOG, Hits.
Start 4D daily: Klingberg, Shattenkirk, Rielly, Orlov, Severson, Seabrook, Vatanen
He's doing absolutely nothing and I'd like to open up a spot. I'm thin on defensive depth, and I had originally figured on Seabrook, thinking Vatanen would find some kind of offense, but this is absurd. There are better options on the WW in terms of current production.
Is Vatanen done in terms of fantasy?

Stralman, Chara, Wingels, Shaw, Rust, Tierney (doesn't have to be a dman) - not much but they're getting more than twice as many fantasy points as Vatanen. It would basically be a rotating position (2 add/week) for now until a farm player has to stay up.
Thanks guys - of course he gets a point tonight to make me hesitate. He's getting tons of ice/pp time so I've been hoping for something.

I made the mistake of dropping him in one league, but I held onto him in another. Amazing how everything can change - I bet people were bailing on Duchene a few months ago too.

24 points in 43 games since acquiring the 'new jersey'. Yes, Vatanen is shining as a Devil. It took a little while, but it appears in the last 2-3 weeks he has taken over the #1 PP quarterback duties from Butcher which has been the impetus that helped his production skyrocket.
