Yes, both are worth hanging on to. As mentioned, expect Demko sooner but that doesn't mean that Samsonov is worth discarding.

Yes they are both worth being kept in leagues that have minors and lots of keepers. Demko would be more valuable since he is much closer to being in the NHL.

Another vote for Demko. He's having a rather good year in Utica and is well on his way to becoming a pro. John Gibson 2.0. Perhaps, minus the injuries, but we'll see.

They are both worth holding onto, but if you need an upgrade somewhere else on your team you could put Samsonov on the block and see what kind of offers you get.

I think I've traded the majority of G prospects in the NHL over the past two seasons... including Sorokin, Samsonov, Shesterkin, Oettinger... the one I've held onto is Demko.
#1 job is his. they're just grooming. Don't put a puppy in a dog show.... wait until he's 2 then try to medal. That's what they're doing with Demko
